Prior to TLC, Maduka Emelife was the Managing Director of Cisco Systems, Nigeria Ltd. and led the drive to bridge the digital divide among West African nations through the deployment of it’s products and services.

At Cisco, Maduka repositioned the company from an otherwise network equipment vendor to an end-to-end technology solutions provider, and in the process grew the business 100% in one year and subsequently maintained an average yoy growth of 67%.
Prior to Cisco, Maduka also was Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Nigeria, where he grew the business consistently at an average of 55% yoy.

Before HP, Maduka built up significant experience in Management consulting and have held leadership roles in a Private Equity fund, managing its portfolio of companies,
Maduka is a consummate new economy leader having worked for several years in telecommunications and in particular VoIP. He is a strategic thinker with implementation focus, and has extensive knowledge of the Nigerian market and of information, and telecommunications technology, data center applications, enterprise sales, public sector account management, and growth strategies.

Maduka holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Graduate school in Boston and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
